Placing an Order

e-gift card balance

Received an e-gift card, but don’t know its balance? Please email: customerservice@thesparklery.com for assistance.

Alternatively, search your inbox for customerservice@thesparklery.com and find the original email sent to you; there you will find a link to view your gift card's balance.

e-gift card use

Any e-gift card purchased online at thesparklery.com is redeemable only at thesparklery.com. No Sales tax will be applied to the purchase of gift cards, but it will be applied to the purchase being paid for by e-gift card.

Our e-gift card are available to U.S. customers only at this time.

expiration

Our gift cards have an expiration date of five years from the time of issuance. No service charges, or dormancy fees.

miscellaneous

e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

We also reserve the right to change, amend or terminate the Terms and Conditions of our gift card program at any time with or without notice in our sole discretion.

Other Promotions

From time to time we will run promotions via our marketing channels.

Items indicated as “Not eligible for promotion” at the time of purchase are not eligible for discounts. This applies to all purchases made at thesparklery.com.

Exclusions may include made-to-order items and fine / demi-fine jewelry.

Before delivery, each item is inspected and carefully packaged to ensure that you will be satisfied. In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at customerservice@thesparklery.com, with your order number and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay and ShopPay. 

Did you place an order and already see a $ 1.00 (or other small amount) charge on your bank account? This is a common bank practice that ensures your account has sufficient funds and verifies account authenticity.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, this authorization charge, usually clears within 48 – 72 hours. If you need to speed up that process, contact your credit card’s issuing bank or company.

At this moment, we are unable to split tender by multiple credit cards.

We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders online.

If an error message appeared after you click “Place Order,” then there may be an issue with the billing and/or shipping information entered.

Please double check that the billing information you entered during checkout is an exact match to the information your credit card provider has on file. This information includes cardholder’s name as it appears on card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CSV code.

For questions regarding payment via PayPal, please login to your PayPal account and contact their customer care.

Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. This applies to all purchases made at thesparklery.com.
